underwhelming anniversary stay

baggage scanning stain surprise decor failure

the baggage scanning machine stained my partners new clothes when we arrived, it was grease. staff cleaned it, but the damage happened. i had requested a surprise room decor, but it wasnt done. the hair dryer didnt work, and it took three calls to fix. breakfast felt chaotic, and the car had pigeon droppings.

attentive staff amazing options

the attentive staff ensured every need was met. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, amazing! the room was kept looked super fresh each day, it was just perfect.

The hotel seemed a bit dated, with some wear visible on the furniture. It felt a little disappointing. i wished for more modern touches to enhance the overall experience!

The fitness center included several treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. It was quite sufficient for a decent workout. the rooftop pool offered a refreshing escape after a day of sightseeing, it was a sweet spot.

indifferent staff faulty equipment

The staff at the front desk seemed indifferent. When I asked about local attractions, the person gave me vague directions. I also had trouble getting my room service order corrected. It took three calls and a long wait. Plus, the gym equipment seemed old, with a treadmill out of order.
